Welcome to Bocelli Restaurant

My wife and I (along with our dog PJ) regularly drop in to Bocelli Restaurant, South Perth.

Atmosphere: On a warm night I recommend booking a table in the semi enclosed alfresco dining area - makes for a very nice atmosphere indeed. Dogs are welcome, but understandably, the staff ask you to take a seat at the outside tables. This is fine, as at least Bocelli Restaurant allows you to bring a dog within Coo Wee - more than we can say for some restaurants...

Food: We have had several very enjoyable Italian style meals at Boccelli - all of which were of a delectable culinary standard. The meals are always wholesome, of a generous size and very fresh - particularly the roasted and steamed vegies.

Here's a tip to remember: Whilst its not on the menu, the chef, from time to time, has been known to prepare a special chicken parmagiana provided you ask nicely (note: the standard parmagiana is veal). The special chicken parmigiana is the best we (and others) have tasted; the cheese is perfect, the tomato sauce divine and the chicken portion generous (practically an entire breast).

Give Bocelli a try - as long as you're not expecting silver service (which they do not claim to be anyway), you will not be disappointed. 4.5 stars all round.
