We decided to have lunch at Cafe D'Vine on a whim. We had been told about it by friends and decided to give it go.
We ordered from the Lunch Menu. our table ordered, an Old Fashioned Steak Sandwich, Frittita of the day and Fish of the day (Dhu Fish). One of our diner's has an allergy to garlic and the staff ensured that sauce for the fish was omitted. My Frittita was warm and very tasty with a large serving of potato wedges and salad. The steak was tender and came w ith lashings of onions, wedges and salad. The fish was cooked beautifully.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, always around if you had a query or needed to order something, very attentive but not over bearing
Friendly, open, bright. Large room that holds quite a lot of customers, but you are not squashed in or sitting on top of one another. It did get a little noisey as our lunch progressed.
Overall:
Overall a little gem tucked away on the edge of the Swan Valley. Very good value for lunch and the dinner menu looks just as good. We've been told that you have to book if you want to experience dinner, which is something we intend to do in the very near future
