Overall:
I'm pretty sure lots of people already familiar that fish & chips is a great easy & quick food, so I won't bore you to death on the review of the food itself.
As you might expect, for the price you're paying in this restaurant, the quality of the good 'ol fish & chips (around $10) is kinda expected (average and above), BUT when you order prepared foods, there when you'll find the difference (more expensive, obviously). Personally, I like the prawn spaghetti the best (sauce really suits my taste) and the prawn has been consistently fresh.
Also, as any other fish & chips shops, I found (personally) the chips portion is always a bit too much, so if I go with my friends, I always order a seafood basket with some extra fish/prawns to share (if you don't mind with sharing), and you get more varieties too.
The cafe in the restaurant is also very handy. It provides quite an extensive choices of cakes. You don't need to go another place to have a cup of coffee. This is handy when you're catching up with friends.
The ambience? I personally like the huge and long aquarium with so many coral fish in it, it is very beautiful. The only downside is, this restaurant can be too crowded and uncivilised during weekends :D.
In summary, I certainly highly recommend this place. It is very family friendly, though probably not the best place to catch up with your friends during busy time (can be a bit too crowded :), from MY personal point of view anyway)
