Food:

Have not had a meal like that since leaving Hong Kong.
Great fresh food great taste and the portions were large.
Presentation was excellent i loved the special fried rice the satay beef and honey chicken.

Service:

The service was a cut above most places Ive eaten. On arrival we were meet by a very friendly lady who also made sure we were happy and taken care of.The meals were delayed by a short time but that was due to the demand on the night and we were kept informed.Very happy well done.

Ambience:

Very clean modern processes with care being taken to keep tables clear of clutter by the wait staff.I felt relaxed and felt in good spirits with the company and surroundings which made for a great night out with friends and family.

Overall:
Overall I was very pleasantly surprised had a fantastic night out with both food and service well above par and a very relaxed setting.

Overall:
Our regular eating spot.

All the food is great, our favourites inc. fried ginger beef, any chicken dish (all breast), The satays, any king prawn or scallop dish.

Not the cheapest Chinese in the area but one of the best.

B.Y.O. Nominal charge

Overall:
I found that the restaurant was very busy on weekends, and this affected the service on weekends because the take-away side was also very busy. Yet as a former kitchenhand, in know that dine-in customers get priority over take-away customers.

I was also addicted to the food. Because they are always so busy, all the meat, seafood and vegetables are always fresh!

Their chicken is out of this world. I have never found chicken anywhere half as good... The kitchenhand's recommendations are:

Chicken Blackbean (OoTW!!)
Chicken Plumsauce (fried) (OoTW!!)
Honey Prawns (w/ either peanuts or chilli as garnish)
Pork Beef & Chicken Singapore Noodles.

On the downside, after 3 yrs of eating Chinese 3 times a week, the sauces tend to taste the same!!!

Overall:
Big modern restaurant with big menu. The food is OK but I have had to give it four stars as some of my workmates reckon this has the best sweet and sour chicken in Perth. It is two whole battered chicken fillets drowned in sweet and sour sauce but they all love it. Other than that, there is not much else to say. Has a sister Chinese in High Wycombe.
