You can't fault the cake selection this place has. Absolutely unreal and as a cake fan I was more than a little impressed. Went with the lemon meringue pie. Decent sized slice and very tasty! The hardest part was what to choose.
Coffee was also lovely :)

Service:

Here is where Greens really falls down. I don't know if they are just trying to be all trendy and casual but there's completely no order to the system for placing your order. There's sort of just a big crowd around the counter and you have to come up and order and they yell when its ready......

Ambience:

Very leederville

Overall:
Not too bad.... the food was lovely and just hope they get a better system for ordering.

The cakes LOOK amazing, but having sampled 5 or 6 now I have to say that taste wise they're not impressive, which is always a disappointment after seeing the mouthwatering display. Coffees and hot chocolates vary depending on who makes them and how busy they are. On the whole pretty average.

Service:

You place your order and then wait to collect it before sitting down, so no service really.

This is what you pay for really! It is usually busy and the hanging lanterns have a nice feel. It has been set up as a "trendy" place to go and they seem to be succeeding in attracting people.

Overall:
Overpriced for the quality of food & service, I wish they had proper competition ie somewhere with a large selection of cakes and nice couches to sit on...

I love the cakes at Greens and the coffee too, I come here all the time and am slowly trying all the cakes. I've had lunch before too, a toasted tukish roll which was all really nice.

Service:

Some of the girls at the till are rude. I ordered a slice of lemon meringue pie and all of the meringue had fallen off the side. I commented that it looked pretty awful, instead of apologising she just basically told me to deal with it 'it's really hard for the meringue to stay on ok'

Ambience:

I come back because I really like it here and the whole set up - apart from the confusing ordering system (no order numbers)

Overall:
I still really like this place, even though I paid $7.50 for crappy looking piece of pie, it still tasted great. It's lucky they have good coffee and cake - maybe the unpleasant girl behind the counter will have quit next time I visit - she clearly hates her job

My friends and I went on a Monday night for cake and coffee. I enjoyed a brownie but at $4.50 per little slice it seemed expensive. The cakes in the counter didn't look very appetising.

Service:

It was a Monday night but very very busy at 8pm. My friends and I had to take turns lining up to place our order and it took forever. I do not know how they remember who ordered what as they do not give you a number.

Ambience:

It was noisy but funky with pool tables, mags, couches etc. Alot of young kids though so maybe I am getting too old............

Overall:
Nothing to rave about. Nothing really to complain about either. Just very average

I went here by myself for breakfast one morning, and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. I had the full breakfast, with bacon, scrambled eggs, grilled tomato, hashbrowns, chipolatas and toast.

The bacon was crispy and delicious, the eggs fluffy and light. The grilled tomato was just how I like it, sometimes I find they are cooked only on the outside and are still hard inside. But this one was nice and soft. The toast was about an inch thick, and pan fried instead of toasted, crunchy on the outside and still soft and fresh on the inside. But the chipolatas were the standout. I don't normally like them, but these were juicy and tender, with no gristle, and a delicate herby taste. I even asked the waitress where they got them from, but unfortunately the person who normally orders them wasn't there, so all she could tell me was they were from a delicatessen in Osborne Park. I think all up, with a latte it was $18, which in my mind is pretty expensive just for breakfast, but I think it was worth it. I couldn't eat everything on the plate, and left feeling stuffed to the brim.

I have been here for breakfast quite a few times now. It is a great place to go on a Sunday morning as it is bustling and energetic without making you feel hurried.

The service is quick even when they are flat out and the coffee so far has been perky and reliable.

I quite often end up getting the Eggs Florentine with ham as well which is consistently good. Always a great way to soak up any leftovers from a big night the night before.

I really enjoy the unpretentiousness of this cafe and no doubt I will be back again next week.

My experience with the Greens has been only a quick lunch. They have a great range of fresh salads, rolls and wraps.

I usually get a take away container of 3 or 4 different salads which is around $8. Service is snappy for a cafe.
