Overall:
I fully agree with the previous review, as in term of not-so-appealing entrance, but if you pass that stage, you will find foods that are very faithful to the real Indonesian taste (I said that with confidence, as I grew up with it :)).
I will highly recommend it to everyone that likes south-east Asian foods (spicy, rich in spices, fragrant), and for $10-$15 you can get great food with drinks. From my experience, I certainly enjoy the chicken satay, sambal-fish and gado-gado (salad with peanut sauce).
Personally, I have nothing against the ambience (a wee-bit dark, no windows, but has a nice traditional Indonesian setting) apart from the not-so-nice entrance :).
Also, the owner certainly has the typical hospitality of Indonesian people (which is very nice)
