Welcome to Jaws Kaiten Sushi
Japanese Restaurant in Perth WA

A vast selection of sushi on a conveyor belt. Also, you can order from the menu if you dont see what you want passing.
The food tasted fresh, and looked appealing, I had a selection of 4 plates, my partner had 5 (for lunch) and it was all tasty!
Being lunchtime, it was very busy but it didnt take very long for us to be seated. The only other contact with the serving staff was when we were ready for the bill.
Great for a quick lunch or dinner, not quite date material.

Great experience, great food, great price. Will go back again!

I always enjoy Jaws for a quick bite of sushi when I'm shopping in the city, but I hadn't been there for a while so was surprised to find that the sushi menu had been given an overhaul. The interior, conveyor belt system is the same, but the menu is more extensive now and has all the standards plus some new combinations -- I enjoyed some spicy salmon sushi, plus unagi, marinated raw tuna, and more. Everything was fresh as could be, and even though seating at the "bar" is crowded service is quick and pleasant. I believe the prices are a bit higher now, but worth the increase for the new selection.

I've been here a few times and it’s the best sushi I've found in Perth CBD in terms of freshness and selection. In the tradition of sushi-on-conveyor belt, Jaws is your best bet for sushi in the city.
Basically it’s self-serve and you sit on stools around a large conveyor belt where the sushi chefs are making an assortment of rolls and nigiri right in front of you. There is a lot of choice here, not only from the conveyor belt but also from the menu and you can order special items such as soups and desserts from the chefs at any time. Everything is incredibly fresh and I've found that most sushi bars in town have a limited selection of rolls, whereas Jaws offers all kinds of different combinations. Service is good; you are given a complimentary hot mug of tea upon arrival and the servers come and add up your plates at the end (everything is color-coded). I wish this place had a regular restaurant because the food is tops! They also have takeaway.
