I have been here quite a few times for dinner, the fact that I keep going back is a testament to the quality of the food.

It is fresh and tasty; I haven't been given the option of skinless chicken teriyaki but will be asking for it next time I go in as I always end up having to pull it off.

I have had the teriyaki chicken and fish and the chicken katsu bento boxes, they always leave me feeling full and satisfied and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I will be no doubt going back again next time I need a quick and tasty meal.

Ok it's me again but I had to add more after another great experience! This is a great casual cafe for takeaway or dine in. I went in today for takeaway and wasn't sure if I could get the Bento Box. It was not a problem at all and still came in a separated dish like a bento box!

I got the teriyaki fish which is lovely, along with the 2 large potato tempuras (one being sweet potato), salad, rice and lots of teriyaki sauce.

Service was great, they came and delivered my takeaway to the table I was waiting on.

Food tastes great and it's just so funky.

I dropped in one Friday on the way home from work for a quick easy dinner.

I was the only person there, but they were extremely friendly and helpful and even offered me the teriyaki chicken skinless. I ordered this in the bento box for a bargain $7.50 and it was filling and delicious. I love the funky lay out too. It looks great. Very, very friendly service and they thanked me when I left.

Will be introducing my friends to this cafe for sure.

This is a small Japanese cafe that does a decent takeaway trade. Probably only about a dozen tables. I have been here a few times for lunch and it does depend how busy they are (with both diners and takeaway) as to the quality of the food. Having said that, I have never been disappointed with the food but you can tell it is not perhaps as good as when they are quiet. So far, I have ordered the same thing each time (very boring I know, but I liked it enough to want to have it again), - Prawn Tempura Bento Box ($8.50 ?) with Japanese tea ($1). The box usually has about three large prawns and two large pieces of vegetable tempura, with rice, dipping sauce, salad, and radish. I go home feeling replete and not really requiring much, if any, dinner that night. And I have change from $10!! Bargain!

One day, I will try something different, I swear...
