Welcome to Leeuwin Tea Rooms
Set on the bank of the Swan River in East Fremantle, the Leeuwin Tea Rooms is part of the Aquarama Marina on Riverside Road. Separated from the water by a small boardwalk, black swans and dolphins are regular visitors as they swim in the tranquil waters of the marina.
The Tea Rooms has a warm friendly atmosphere and floor to ceiling glass overlooking the river so that you do not miss any of the action.
The menu changes regularly to take advantage of seasonal produce and we offer smaller servings for diners wanting a light lunch. For those late risers we offer an all day breakfast menu from Monday to Saturday.

Overall:
The Boardwalk was a favourite of ours especially for lunch so we thought we would give its replacement a go and we are glad we did.
The view from the dining room of the river, boats and boatyard activity and the odd dolphin cruising by is easy on the eyes.
The salt and pepper squid was well cooked, crisp coating with lovely tender baby squid, chips were hot and crisp and well presented. The sweets were good and the coffee was hot.
Service was very good, friendly and efficient, all and all a pleasant place for lunch.
