Food:

We ordered the Salt and Pepper Crocodile, Lemon Pepper Chicken and Thai Beef Salad. They took a very long time to come out, and when the dishes were served we were told that they did not have the Thai Beef Salad available. Plus the Lemon Pepper Chicken tasted more like honey soy chicken, but it was yummy, as was the crocodile.

For mains we had the Seasonal Mango Chicken, Sambal Beef Chilli and Spicy Beef Noodles, all were tasty and fresh. Good quality meats and distinct flavours in each.

Dessert we had the mousse cake and lime tart, both were huge and delicious.
Overall the food was very nice and great value.

Service:

The service was unfortunately very bad, we sat outside and I think the wait staff just kept forgetting about us. We had to wave them down to order. We waited a long time for the food, and it seemed everyone else did as well. We never got any water and the messy table wasn't wiped down after meals

Ambience:

It's a nice space inside, especially uptairs. It's unfortunate that the toilets were a mess, with toilet paper on the floor and dirty toilet seats, and even the handrail on the stairs seemed sticky.

Overall:
We come for the food, which was tasty, event though it took a while to come out. The service and the toilets ruined the experience, but I guess the prices make up for it. Won't be going back in a hurry though.

Overall:
Every time I have been here recently the whole restaurant has gone downhill. They are BYO wine only, but offer the tiniest range of spirits (I believe they only had scotch and bourbon at the time). They only had 2 white wines available (I think there was about 5 on the menu) and the same with the reds.

The food is still delicious, but again, they were out of stock. They had no kangaroo or octopus (which was exactly what we wanted to order). I settled on the tom yum and my friend had wok fried beef and szechuan. Tom yum tasted a little watered down but was still nice.

We went on a busy night as well and the staff seemed like they were running around everywhere rushing, the bar was quite loud I could hear them throwing glass into the bins all the time. Also the booth seats at the side are in dire need of replacement, the coverings are ripped torn and peeling off.

The management needs to pull up their socks and get everything they are supposed to sell. Hiring more staff would seem wise as they just seemed stressed and overworked (although this was quite a busy night). Still a place I would recommend going, but basically for the food alone.

Overall:
Although the food is very tasty, some dishes in the 'noodle' menu are a little oily at times, but when requested with 'minimal oil', they can be superb. I recommend the laksa or the hokkein egg noodle. The wok fried menu is really extensive having nearly 20 sauce/vegetable combinations with a meat/vegetable combination of your choice. A recommended dish from the entree menu is the 'Salt and Pepper crocodile', I had never had crocodile before but this one was delicious!

The waiters are young but seem experienced and were knowledgeable about the dishes, and very friendly.

Be warned, on Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights it can become a bit busy there, oh and it is BYO wine only, as their wine list is not very extensive.
