Welcome to Roley's on the Ridge

This is my local restaurant and what a gem it is! The service is fantastic, Amy and all her wait staff are very nice and friendly. Have been many times over the years as it has changed owners and chefs and it is still a delight. In the winter you have the cosy open fire, gorgeous spring days you can sit outside which I now believe they have securely enclosed so can be used all year round. I had to buy a bottle of sparkling wine as they do not sell by the glass so that was my only disappointment. Amy did recommend a very nice one and I was happy with her selection. Food is always top class no matter what you order and you can never ever go past the sticky date pudding for dessert. Lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed, be warned you will need to book.

I had dined there a few times or more now, their breakfast, lunch or dinners are gorgeous and very affordable, their staff are friendly, the restaurant is relaxing and cozy and as for the the scenery it is breathtaking.

Congratulations to them on being a 2007 gold plate finalist in the casual licensed dining category, in my opinion they deserved to win but there is always 2008!!

Been here once, but will be sure to come again.

Food was good and the view was beautiful, was a perfect lunch, well priced with good service too. We even shared a cake so we could have an excuse to stay longer - and it was delicious too!
