Food:
I cannot rave about the salt & pepper calamari enough. Have eaten a lot of it in my time but this was the tastiest and tenderest ever! Service
Ambience:
During the week, great ambience, nice & quiet Comfy couches and music at just the right volume. However don't go there Friday after work unless you like it hot and loud!! Overall:
I would definitely go again during the week. Exceptional tapas and a good wine list.

Yummy tapas style meals - I chose the calamari fritters which were delicious bite-sized pieces of golden crunchy coated calamari teamed with a lovely aioli. The size was generous for tapas and the calamari was lovely and tender! Service:
It was a fairly quiet lunchtime so I cannot fault the friendly and attentive service. Ambience:
Relaxed atmosphere paired with modern and funky interior - located in the heart of the city! Overall:
I've been to Rubix Bar a couple of times now and each time the food has been great, the service great, and its relaxed and friendly vibe (with a fairly decent wine list) would lend well to mid-week girly lunches or Friday night drinks with the girls (with the addition of a cocktail or two)!
