We chose a plate of mixed meats for 2 that you cook yourself over a bbq plate in the middle of the table. The marinade was really tasty and after we had the bbq temperature adjusted down a bit (oops) it all came out very well. We also had some sides of vegetables and rice.

Service:

Service was very quick and friendly.

We went on a friday night and the place was bustling. We opted to sit on cushions on a raised section of the floor for something a bit different and felt like we had a good level of privacy.

Overall:
I really enjoyed sitting on cushions on the floor around the bbq. The food was really good and it made for an interesting and enjoyable night.

We ordered Yuk hwe (seasoned raw beef fillet) and Korean pancake for entree and for mains a marinated combo and Gal be ( spare ribs I think). Very generous for its its price. The food was delicious especially the yuk hwe which was one of the best I've tasted. Great choices from the menu.

Service:

The waitresses were very friendly and very helpful even though we gave them a hard time asking a lot of questions.

This little place is quite busy especially during the weekends. All i can say is comfortable and warm friendly environment.

Overall:
I would definitely be there again soon. Great food, great price and most of all friendly atmosphere

Between the two of us, we had pa jun, ox tongue, marinated ribs, the standard side dishes plus bean sprouts, seaweed marinated seaweed and potato cubes; for drinks, a ginger tea and two bong bong (grape juice). Food came out promptly, a convenient & delicious feed. The visit totalled at $65 all up.

Service:

When we arrived, we went unnoticed for 15 minutes, before we waved down a waitress and asked for a menu. Service after was friendly and responsive, though, so I suspect they missed us early on because we didn't check in before tucking ourselves behind a screen.

Ambience:

Lively, but not catastrophic; just pleasant, comfortable surrounds for a good meal, with courtesy screens for table privacy. It's not stuffy in there, but don't expect to come out not smelling of bbq.

Overall:
A cosy, tasty Saturday night experience - the sort of place you could put on your "frequent with friends" list.

Nice place, the service was excellent the waiters were extremely nice and helpful as well as the owner.

The food was very good but I’ve tried tastier Korean marinated meats.

We had some fried dumplings as entrée, they were truly delicious. They also brought to our table samples of Korean dishes among which there was the pancake, we enjoyed it very much and decided to order it next time we will go.

As mains we had beef bulgogi and some marinated spare ribs, we found the bulgogi a bit tasteless, whilst the spare ribs were a bit tastier. Overall a good experience, but I still prefer the testiness of Seoul BBQ café.

We weren't meant to be going here, but stopped by since the initial turned out to be closed. My friend had been before, this was my first time. I had been wanting to try Seoul Korean for a while, but had never got around to it.

In short, I'm glad I finally got in there.

This is a typical Korean experience. It's almost authentic in layout and atmosphere. The food is some of the best Korean I've had in Perth. We had pajon (pancake) to get things rolling and the memories came back. I have to say, the pajon was some of the best I'd had. The actual meal we had was just the bbq combo (beef, pork, chicken). The serving was generous and the food tasty. Sides and rice comes with - the kimchi is a pretty good one. We also ordered sundubu-jiggae (tofu stew) and that was pretty tasty as well. The only downside to the jiggae was that it was a little diluted/weak. Still good though.

In any case, I'll be going back to Seoul Korean in the future now that I know what the standards are.

This is a great little place to eat if you enjoy your food and want something different. It's reasonably priced and offers some great treats for those who are prepared to explore the menu and trial some of the more unusual dishes - raw beef with egg yolk and sesame oil (Beautiful)

You cook at the table (or you can choose from the ala carte menu if you're lazy) in small barbeque pans. It's a great social event with plenty of time to enjoy the company, the food and some spicy side dishes.

It's BYO and fully licensed (fairly limited but reasonable) and the whole experience makes for a fun evening.
