Food:

Was there for a work goodbye party so had a large group of people. Shared some tapas- good stuff; I can't quite remember now but we ordered jamon (cured ham) and arancini balls and some natural Coffin Bay oysters. For mains went for the pork belly special which was done asian style with a sweet soy, greens and mushrooms. It was a good dish, but it tasted like something my mum has made at home which in a way was a bit unexciting for me. But that's my fault completely- not faulting the cooking! Others had the scallops, linguine pasta and two had the vegetarian risotto from memory. Everyone enjoyed their food. I skipped dessert but others had the chocolate mousse and raved about it.

Service:

To be honest dont remember it much. It was unobtrusive without being completely absent altogether. Everything was timed well.

Ambience:

We were sitting in front of their huge wine cabinet where all the premium wines were kept which added a level of class. Also, there was a fire going, but it was behind glass and seemed to magically flicker to life as it got dark adding just the right ambience to the place. Sexy wine glasses.

Overall:
I think this is a really cool, edgy place to grab a beer/wine and a light meal or tapas. Definitely want to come back to explore the menu a bit more. Also would be good for an intimate dinner on days when the bar isn't pumping.
