Our Mediterranean Restaurant continues to delight its patrons with the consistency of its first class food, more typically experienced in the heart of a bustling CBD than in a coastal setting.

We believe that the reputation is being forged not just on the cuisine, but equally on the quality of our service and the ambience created by the setting both inseide and out.

In harmony with its natural setting

Beyond its surrounding full-length glass bi-fold doors, the 120-seat dining room overlooks the fairways and coastal heath of an 18-hole world class golf course.

For casual dining there is the Sprig Bar with its own menu.

In keeping with the breathtaking location of the restaurant, so close to the beach, we have worked exceptionally hard to create a menu and wine list that is complementry to both the surroundings and the diverse culinary nature of the Peel and South West regions.
